Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please stay tuned as we work towards expanding our shipping network.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹150, express shipping guarantees faster delivery within 2-3 business days.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days for faster delivery.
  • Remote Locations: Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer than the standard delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online via our logistics partner’s website.

Handling Delays

We strive to meet our delivery estimates; however, certain factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays, may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any delays and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@hastatant.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

In case of returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
